Return Policy

Customer satisfaction and customer trust are vital to Aachii Silks success. We try to ensure that your online shopping experience is fun and satisfying and we try to follow it up, by delivering you with the promised products in pristine condition. In-spite of our genuine efforts some times errors or mismanagement may happen, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Hence, we would like to spell out our Return Policy is case of delivery slip-ups.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case you feel that the product received is not meeting your expectations, you must bring it to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not entertained for differences you see on the color, material or feel for the products. We offer replacement if the delivered product/s is/are damaged or defective in nature.

To start a return / replace a damaged or defective item, you can contact us at support@aachiisilks.com for replacement or refunds along with proof of purchase.

Returns

Client is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Shipping cost incurred during purchase are not refundable. Upon approval of your returns we will email details of the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given equivalent store credit.
